Isotopic ratios for 9 Mediterranean deep fish, sharks and crustacean species

This dataset gather isotopic ratios measured on 359 fish, sharks and crustaceans collected between 200 and 800 m depth, in the Mediterranean canyons during MEDITS 2012 and 2013 surveys
