In response to comments received from the Marine Management Organisation (MMO), Westermost Rough Limited commissioned Fugro EMU Limited, to provide technical advice concerning impacts of the Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm proposals on potential Annex I geogenic reef. Following initial identification from geophysical and seabed video data sets, geogenic reefs at Westermost Rough were assessed in terms of their resemblance to established Annex I geogenic reef criteria.
