Flow cytometer data from RWS during Nephrops survey in the North Sea in 2016
Opportunity of automated flow cytometers continuous recording during a Cefas Nephrops survey in the North Sea in June 2016. The objective of the Nephrops survey is to assess fishery independent indicators of stock size, exploitation status and catch advice with Underwater TV recording of Nephrops norvegicus. Besides, other types of data were collected such as surface (4 m) salinity, temperature, fluorometry, oxygen and pH and Fe/Fm from the ‘Ferrybox’, and phytoplankton functional types with 2 flow cytometers (Cytosense) from Cefas and RWS.
