The ReZoEnv field campaign was conducted at 9 sites distributed within contrasted seagrass (Zostera notlei) meadows in the Arcachon Bay. This multi-parameter survey was conducted during one year (November 2015 – November 2016). Water levels, temperature and light were recorded every 10 minutes. While bed sediment characteristics (granulometry, water content, organic matter content), seagrass characteristics (coverage, biometry, chlorophyll and CNP content) were measured monthly. Additionally, wind-wave parameters were obtained from high frequency pressure sensor at 4 sites, every 20 minutes. Raroia Atoll has been instrumented over a period of 10 months (from May 2018 to late March 2019) separated into 3 Legs and 1 extra leg (namely "shortleg"). Physical process such as water level, wave climate, currents ciruclation, exchanges between ocean and lagoon by passes and "hoa" and water column stratification have been measured to characterized the hydrodynamic functioning of this semi-open pearl farming atoll. Numerous moorings have been deployed into lagoon, hoa, passes and external reef slope stations with common autonomous oceanographic instruments measuring at high sampling frequency. Datawell Waverider data collected at southern part of full-scale wave test site at EMEC (Orkney, UK), in year 2017. Data was processed using Datawell W@ves21 software, no QC had been applied. The Irish Weather Buoy Network is a network of 5 weather buoys around Ireland. These weather buoys are moored surface buoys with instruments which collect weather and ocean data including air temperature, atmospheric humidity, sea surface temperature, sea temperature and salinity on moored chain, wave statistics and wind speed/direction. This data set relates to the data collected at station FS1 between January 2003 and February 2008. The Weather Buoy network has been established to improve predictive weather forecasting. The weather buoy project has consisted of a team drawn together under an MOU between the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport (DTTAS), the Marine Institute (MI), Met Eireann and the UK Met Office. There have been incomplete data observations for periods when the weather buoys were offline for maintenance and or damage from adverse weather conditions such as storms.
