New Biology outputs: products, use case, data

The partners’ work throughout the Phase is finally being made available for all users. Products covering benthos presence/absence in the European Seas, invasive macroalgae modelling are available for subset and download.

Additionally, a new use case has been published, focusing on the publication of a dataset with associated media (images used to identify taxa). With this work, EMODnet Biology ensures that the linkage between the media and the taxa it identifies is preserved in the long term and is FAIR.

The first data harvest of the year has published updates to 9 datasets. One of those datasets, Explore Your Shore , now provides users with access to the associated media used to identify the taxa occurrences.
