The two EU operational Marine Data Services, i.e. Copernicus Marine Service and EMODnet are jointly organizing an online workshop “EU Marine Data Services for the All-Atlantic and Global Ocean Data Spaces” in collaboration with the EU All-Atlantic Ocean Research Alliance. On 15-17 March 2022, EMODnet attended Oceanology International in London bringing together over 8,000 attendees and 500+ exhibitors from key players in maritime industry: businesses, academics and government. EMODnet Physics has developed a prototype data portal with advanced data services providing straightforward access to centrally-curated circumpolar datasets and metadata records. The portal is composed of a map interface displaying the spatial distribution of observing platforms and plotting tools for datasets. The open webinar will present the new portal to interested stakeholders.
